Concept
We develop projects from the very beginning. Starting with land acquisition, we see value and vision in all properties to be transformed into an amazing home. Meeting all building codes and requirements we analyze what is feasible and then take it to the drawing board where we bring the Kingsley vision and style. Modern, timeless, but flexible in space, we like to design and build homes that can fit everyones needs. Our style is more transitional allowing both traditional and contemporary taste to fall in love with our timeless homes.
Design + Permitting
After initial layouts, concepts and design are finalized in-house we like to collaborate with building designers, architects, and engineers to bring industry-wide perspectives into the final design. We work directly with the governmental permitting agencies to ensure efficient building processes. All reports, surveys, and manuals are created pre-construction to ensure we are taking all environmental and site factors into account.
Construction
Construction budgeting, bidding, contractor management and scheduling are all handled in-house. WIth over 53 years of combined building experience our team we has the foresight to calculate lead times on products, ensure a smooth building schedule, and manage sub-contractors. At Kingsley we utilize the highest quality contractors to ensure our homes are built with the utmost attention to detail and structural integrity.
